The staff at B&B Hotel Genova City Center were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious and had excellent air-conditioning, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location was perfect, situated next to the main streets and close to all the attractions. The bed was also the best I've ever slept in, guaranteeing a good night's rest. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, providing us with directions, suggestions, and even helping us book a taxi. The location was perfect, close to the center of the city and within walking distance to all the attractions in the old city. The hotel facilities were new and clean, and the rooms had a cozy and bright atmosphere. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options including chocolates, cookies, fresh juices, and warm meals.

The wifi signal in some rooms, especially on the ground floor, was weak and unreliable.
