The staff at B&B Hotel Genova City Center were helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and had excellent air-conditioning, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location was perfect, situated next to the main streets and close to all the attractions. The bed was also the best I've ever slept in, guaranteeing a good night's rest. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Genoa city center and had a great experience. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing useful information about the city and its attractions. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, with modern amenities including a smart TV and USB wall charging. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
One small inconvenience occurred during my stay, but it didn't majorly impact my experience.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful and cute, providing us with directions, suggestions, and even helping us book a taxi. The location was perfect, close to the center of the city and within walking distance to all the attractions in the old city. The hotel facilities were new and clean, and the rooms had a cozy and bright atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including chocolates, cookies, fresh juices, and warm meals.

The wifi signal in some rooms, especially on the ground floor, was weak and unreliable.
